Looking for a "Better" Fit?

How could there be a better fit than Ryan.
He is everything you could want in a youth pastor....but i guess he just doesn't "Fit" what ever the f*** that means. The church has no idea what they are losing. The Sunday that he tell us it is his last sunday is the sunday where there are more kids than ever before (easily 200 strong).
But i guess he just isn't doing his Job.
How?
Isn't that what they want?...more kids to come I mean it isn't exactly " Come To Merge or Go to Hell.org" but i mean we are making a difference in the community and around our campuses.
Why do things always happen at the most inopportune time? i mean i know that God has a reason for everything, I don't doubt that in the least but I just want some answers. I know that wherever he ends up going he impact that church in ways that they will never imagine...but will he "FIT"?
In the end the impact that Ryan Guard had at Cornerstone will not change. He got the movement going but now we have to follow up on it by relying on God and putting our energy back into the youth group to keep it from falling apart otherwise what good will come out of what he did here.
But how could something that seemed so good collapse so fast?
